Miranda said staff from the Senate Judiciary Committee had reached out to her, something she was not expecting. She said she will not go through with a committee interview if asked. (wow…)
Miranda says in high school she played soccer with Ford — whom she refers to as Chrissy — and that she continues to support her. Miranda added that despite not knowing specifics of what went on at the party three decades ago, she remembers that there was a “buzz” that went around the weekend of the party in question about an alleged incident involving students from her school and Kavanaugh’s.
"In my post, I was empowered and I was sure it probably did [happen]," she says. "I had no idea that I would now have to go to the specifics and defend it before 50 cable channels." https://t.co/g2ArVHDFgW

Allow me to translate from Proggy to Normal, if you will:
My sociopathic confirmation bias told me immediately this guy was guilty because I hate those who disagree with me politically more than you will ever understand. I gleefully made this post in defense of my friend because I want to see an innocent person taken down, simply because I don't like their views. When I realized I too may actually be put on a pedestal for other mentally ill Progressives in the media to celebrate, I recognized I may actually end up having to tell the truth while being investigated by an administration that isn't on my team. When that reality hit, I realized that once, just this once, perhaps telling the truth may be more important.
Now, please leave me alone before I have another mental breakdown.

What I have gathered:
1) She (Dr Ford) claims she told nobody until 2012.
2) She claims only her, Brett and Mark were in the room
3) Mark said it didn't happen
4) Miranda says people at school talked about it for days
That leaves 1 of 2 conclusions:

This is literally as vague as you can make it.
Students from Georgetown Prep, Landon, Sidwell Friends, Holton-Arms, Gonzaga, Bulles, and other private schools in the DC-MD area have always interacted with each other. There are probably rumors of crazy shite that went down this past weekend between students of those schools right now.

She remembers there was a buzz but not what the buzz was. She doesn't know what went on at the party, but she knows it was "that" party despite the accuser not knowing when and where. She admits to not knowing what happened at the party but knows BK did it. Is any sane person buying this?
