The real question is which backchannel was more effective - this one or the ones through Swallowell's and McConnel's beds or the ones through the steady stream of "U.S. citizens" who have been the products of birth tourism for decades?
At this point the only option is to drown them in so much bullshite information that they cannot tell what is real. That would be the one thing our media would be very effective doing, given their vast experience making up/spinning bullshite, but their loyalty is suspect.
