The devil... he always is in the details. But even though the majority doesn't receive significantly higher profits due to this 1- Some money is realized and 2- It's the message it is sending. And while the devil is in the details, there are details you nor I know anything about. It's more a political thing than pure economics but it's an important win.

It was 15 percent moved to 40 so it was lowered back to 15 percent. The same the chicons charge Mercedes etc.
It was not 25 percent per Bloomberg, Biz Insider

I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, but a little bit of perspective is needed—Perspective that the gateway pundit and the OP won’t provide.
