There is some speculation on the Twitter that the executives (and their spouses) have been shut out of Atlanta society. Their answer is to blow up their brand.

Not at all true....not even close! Dan Cathy doesn't live far from me and I know him and his family personally. Dan could care less about Atlanta elite. The one he worships and answers to is way more powerful than any worldly elite group.
