Judges need to clean up their dirty profession. It should embarrass all lawyers and judges with some of these insane rulings

Homan should author a letter to every agency in the Chicago area with arrest powers and let them know that any attempt to seize the person of an ICE agent will be considered a felonious assault and agents have been instructed to act appropriately should one of these seizures be attempted.

The difference is
1) the judge is making an order without evidence or investigation
2) the DOJ must have an investigation, articulate Probable Cause for an actual violation of US Code and have hearings.
That’s why the DOJ moves at a snails pace. It has no other choice. A bad investigation or a rush to arrest usually ends in a NO PC and the defender is released without bond
