Are they forcing you to come onto an online forum and start threads? All I'm saying is if it's something many of you truly don't care about then why talk about it everyday. It's like saying you don't care about your ex but you always talk about how you don't care about her.

1. I didn't start the thread.

2. When the MSM uses sports for politics I come on a political board. Why does that confuse you?

I haven't. But the NFL hasn't interested me in a long time. Love football but the passion isn't there. Rich, attention whores just doesn't peak my interest.

And what "actions" can I take on an online message board. I can SAY what I'm doing here, because that's the only option.

Now, what I'm DOING is simple:
I boycott the NFL because the players disrepect the nation, flag, history, and veterans. By me and MANY people I know doing this, we are sending the NFL a message where it hurts, the wallet.

As a young person, I understand the NFLs right to follow down the path of continued protest, as I proudly protect my right to say "F You."

That, my friend, is action. Keep melting.

I suspect that next weeks games will tell the tale to who tunes out - not this week. The battle lines will have been drawn by next week . That's when you'll see the mild annoyance with the NFL turn into a "I'm out" type mass statement.

Explain to me how boycotting something you never supported is supposed to matter to anyone.

I wasn't talking specifically about you. I was talking about how there are numerous threads and comments every week along the lines "I couldn't care less about the NFL".

Once again I was referring to the "I don't care about the NFL" comments and threads. I'm not saying you shouldn't discuss sports on here. I was talking about threads like this that aren't talking about something but rather a "brag" about not watching/caring.

The only reason we fight wars and wave flags and sing anthems is for the NFL, baw. When the reptiles you bow down to need some pushback, it's our icons' duty to call attention to it.

Now go watch reruns of the apprentice and enjoy your weekend.

Just wanted to let you know that myself and all of my friends attend multiple games every year, buy merchandise, and watch as much as possible. We are all white middle upper class successful homeowners and taxpayers and not mentally fragile snowflakes. Just appreciate the greatest game on earth.

In fact I may go buy a jersey right now from NFLshop.com for my nephew's birthday. He's 4 and loves Luke Kuechly and wants to be in the NFL one day. I hope he makes it!

I only watch the games that I work. I will be working the Panthers game in Charlotte this Sunday. I won't watch another one until FOX or CBS or another network requests my services. Then I'll pretend I give a shite.

Oh, I've never said that my not watching the NFL is because of a boycott. But I'm gonna comment on the players who kneel because it is political.
I feel strongly that Trump should have not referred to them at SOBs. He should have used the term 'bastards.'
Their moms were probably bitches. But there is no bright line on that. The vast majority, however, did not come from two married parents. So, technically, they are bastards.

True, but ratings are the method used to determine what the NFL can charge for a sponsorship. If folks don't actually watch the games you can bet Nielson is letting the NFL and its subscribers know about it.
