Registered Dem, haven’t voted Dem since I grew up and opened my eyes.

So what do y’all think? Trump gets 10-15% of registered Dem votes?

I might be registered Dem back in Arkansas if the voter rolls haven't been purged since 2008.
I didn't vote in 2012 and was out of the country in 2016, so this will be my first time voting for Trump or a Republican in a national election. Been a "Republican lean" since about 2010 though.

Several posters stating that they are still registered as Democrat, but only vote Republican. Why not change your party to Republican?

Trump is a populist not a true Republican in the traditional sense

I did vote for Trump last election, but my journey has been fun. I was your typical teenage leftist/liberal socialist during the 2008 election. However, during the campaigns I became quite the Dr. Ron Paul fan and voted for him in the primary's. When I went back to vote on election night I was mysteriously told I "wasnt registered to vote"...funny right? Well that didn't go over well so I demanded a write in ballot and voted for Obama, unfortunately. I quickly learned during his presidency he was a crook and became more libertarian. In 2012 I was registered as an independent, but changed party affiliation to Republican for the primary's and voted for Ron Paul again. voted for Gary Johnson on the main ballot. I honestly dont know if I am currently registered as a Republican, Independent, or Libertarian. I didn't vote in 2016 primary or 2018. I did vote straight R ticket in both 2016 and 2020. I just sent my absentee ballot today.
What is your strategy with this? Vote for their most sane candidate or the worst to help Rs?

Procrastination I suppose. I tease my husband that when the Dems start locking people up they will come after him not me.

Gary Johnson 4 years ago. Trump on Tuesday.

I was phone-banking for PA Dems yesterday and we have about 30% of Dems that I called going for Trump
