Not sure what difference it makes. Whether you up vote for not believing the US was involved in the Nord Stream sabotage or down vote for believing, If you can read and comprehend it’s pretty simple to know which way to vote.

I understand what you’re saying. My intention was to not have people knee jerk voting for the US sabotaging the Nord Stream pipelines so I thought if people had to think about their up or down vote they would not knee jerk up vote for the US being the bad guys.
I think overall the results are pretty telling, it tells me a majority of Americans don’t trust the illegitimate regime.
