I read up on the story. It was a cold case from 2008.
The cop was off duty and not in uniform. And apparently a gang mistook him as a rival gang member and shot up his car. The cop was black.
We all know democrats are racist and dont care about black on black crime.
The title is also a bit misleading, the judge went from hold with out bond to setting a 50k bond. So it only took him 5k to get out with a bondsman. Still fricked up.

Bond was actually 50k, he paid 5k. Bond hearing set for next week.

So he'll basically kill again while out on bond. Because he knows it's a free pass to do anything since his life is already over once the trial begins.

Not sure why people DV'ed you for telling the actual story.
Regardless, 50k for killing anyone, let alone a cop is way too low.

Can't coexist with people like this judge.
Go run over a rainbow sidewalk. This MOFO would have you under the jail.

Do they not have to give their justification for lowering bond for a frickin' cop killer?
I mean... you kill a cop... and you simply don't get bond. Period.
Add several other crimes to that list as well.
