How much energy does this thing consume and where do they get it?

It quite obviously consumes nowhere near the amount to produce the results these gullible morons fear.

When these scientists “admit” to be trying to do these spectacular things straight of science fiction novels, they are clearly setting moron traps.

Even some scientists who worked on the project claim they saw weird phenomenons at times and admit, they have no idea what CERN could cause. This includes opening a black hole that could swallow our planet.

Watch out, they'll call you a conspiracy theorist. I love how the CIA coined the damn term and nobody stops the think huh maybe the people that are brave enough to question the government etc may have a reason to?

I don't know much about any of this, but I can say that when they announced the LHC project and all the things they felt it was possible of, I thought to myself this has trouble written all over it.

So I question, what would be the best way for Satan to "invade the earth and make himself more visible?"

Convince people he is from another dimension and created our dimension, follow that up with the demand that he be worshipped.

At the end of the day, I do not worry much about what will come of the LHC as I have trust that God has already written all of existence from the very beginning to what we could call the end and even beyond.

Those frickers better not ruin my beach week. I didn’t bring enough firepower to fight off interdemensional beings.

Also…glad I don’t live next to that thing.

Anyone have any birds smack into a window yesterday? I had three dumb-arse birds smack into my back door. Two hard enough to kill them. It was kind of weird.

As much money as that thing eats.. and undoubtedly some from the US taxpayer.. I wish the thing would spit out a little antimatter and turn that entire site into a vacant lot.

Yes. I had a bird fly into my house window around 8pm. I’ve lived there 7 years and never noticed this happen before.

Nah, about 1/3 of Geneva's power usage. About 1/300th of France's.

Yesterday proved you wrong yet you’re still here trying to spew nonsense. Absolutely hilarious.

It's hard to stomach even someone that's potentially a staunch academic mind would simplify things that one of the greatest minds in history feared (Hawkings). If you're just dumb, then be dumb, don't act.

I don't know you from Adam, and if you're on the level of Hawkings then forgive me, but he feared it and for good reason. If not, then you do more harm than good lying and acting as if you're qualified to remotely speak on the topic.

So is the thing going to run for 4 years?

If you did some research, it’s not what you’ve read. Can mishaps happen, of course.

I don’t see the dark conspiracy here.
