Yeah, he "wins." 1st Rd got 20% of the vote whereas Simion was at 41%. 2nd Rd he gets 54% while Simion jumps only 4 points to 45%. Romania and the EU are over here looking at 2020 like the Dems are a bunch of amateurs.

Yes, when you understand the difference in the 2 rounds, which I explained to y'all after you got your hopes up after round 1 in 2025.
There was effectively no right-based competition in round 1. Simion had effectively maxed out his support. EVERYONE ELSE was going to vote against him in round 2. This is the same stuff that kills the LePens in France, and keeps hurting Farage in the UK.
