Only with regards to the last 500 years or so. For most of human history white people eithr didn’t exist yet or were trying not to freeze to death in Northern Europe while the rest of the world happened around them. And up until the European enlightenment, European whites were a distant third behind East Asians and the Persian/Arab empires in terms of technology and social stability.
I don’t necessarily like the expression but your response is interesting as well. What do you consider the romans?
