No. We were closer to gaining a seat than losing one. Not because our population growth was high, but because the seat we lost in 2010 was due in large part to an artificially drastic population loss post-Katrina.

Oh wow didn't realize that. I kept seeing talk about us losing a seat and even a few twitter posts today being surprised we didn't.
