It’s not one test. It’s one sample that multiple tests are run on. For the longest time we have had “respiratory panels” that take one swab and test for about 10 different viruses. This is pre COVID.
These test for COVID and flu separately.
Results say:
COVID - negative
Flu - positive
Or Vice versa. I wish y’all would let this go, it’s really silly and there is enough other nonsense out there to focus on.

It was. This was no anomaly. The fact that deception & the manipulation of data has been their M.O., the withdrawal of the EUA application for a test they knew couldn't distinguish between the same 2 "bugs" it now tests for sure as hell doesn't warrant an "Attaboy"

Can you not see they are trying to combine the tests into one to save time and resources? It specifically says that’s the goal. They are saying it’s a combined method that can differentiate the flu and COVID so you don’t have to test for them separately.

They don’t say anywhere that the old test can’t differentiate flu and COVID
They are just reassuring you that the new test can differentiate because it’s a combined test.

1. The old tests were also not FDA approved. They were also being used under EUA.
2. Does that really matter to some of y’all? After all, the vaccines are now FDA approved and that didn’t change anyones mind on here about them.
