Don’t want to hear about systemic racism, privilege and oppression from men who make more in 1 year than I’ll make 5 life times.

These idiots make so much money then tell others they can’t make it because of oppression and racism. fricking spare me.

Y'all are about 25 years too late for this White Southern Male. That was about the time I realized that the NFL had become crass entertainment for the mindless masses. No better than low IQed gladiators in the coliseum. I'm well along adapting the same stance toward college football too. I find myself following VMI football more than the SEC these days. I wonder why?

Well, millionaires live amongst other millionaires in their precious little gated community bubbles. I would think they have few ideas on how us peons live with each other every day in the real world.

Reminds me when Perkins cried on ESPN about living in his exclusive million dollar gated community and felt oppressed because of it.

Wait. There was a black middle school kid that was hung on a playground somewhere? Perkins says it was 2 miles from his home.

Kudos to McManus. Maybe the other shite networks that have preached from their pulpits will take heed - if it isn't too late.

Don’t fall for it.

I’ve always been a bigger fan of college football than NFL so not watching NFL isn’t that hard for me. Under normal circumstances I would have watched the Saints and a few teams with former LSU players.

Again, under normal circumstances I would have college ball on all day starting with Gameday and ending with whichever teams were playing out west. I admit I’m a little surprised it hasn’t been difficult not to watch. That’s how upset I am at what is happening in this country and I know it’s much bigger than football games. 30+ years season tickets holders, sat through every shitshow of a game in the 90s, and I couldn’t care less about LSU football right now. I won’t be watching them either.

Serious changes would have to occur for me to support any teams or organizations unless they disavow BLM and start actually showing unity, not division.

Working on companies now but that’s much harder because I can’t produce everything I need.

How are they not going to comment on the giant end zone virtue signals? Or the blm names on the helmets or any of that subversive bullshite? They are playing the drew brees game of straddling both sides and passing off everyone.

It took me about three hours into Red Zone to finally notice one of those end zone messages and I had to stare at it for a few seconds before I noticed it. They may seem big if you are in the stands but on TV, compared to the team names painted in the end zone, they are tiny.

I'm somewhat of an inconsistent moderate on this whole thing. I've never been a fan of the NBA and they have been by far the most obnoxious at shoving all of this in my face so it is easy to not watch them. I hardly ever watch a baseball game that doesn't involve the Royals and that is in seasons where the Royals look like a legitimate contender, which means three or four years out of 15 or 20 years. So it is easy to ignore baseball. This college football season is such a clusterfrick anyway that ignoring it will be pretty easy. I love hockey and the NHL has only allowed isolated drips of this so I have no problem with my conscience watching NHL games. NFL is going to be a case by case basis to me because I have always loved it, my favorite team is coming off a Super Bowl win and has a very good chance of repeating, yet there are also forces involved with the league insisting on trying to shove the SJW shite down my throat. For now the announcing has been relatively free of promoting it and the studio pieces focusing on it provide me with opportunities to channel surf while they are on. I do fully expect ESPN to be obsessive compulsive about all of this in their broadcast and I also fully expect to have to either mute them or turn over to the Stars-Knights game on MSNBC tomorrow.

It's kind of like ordering Chinese food and then having to pick all the damn broccoli out of my sesame chicken. I can easily remove all the big chunks, I might miss an occasional tiny piece, and if it gets to the point where I can't take a bite without having it ruined by the aftertaste of broccoli I will throw it in the trash.
