How about the reporters sit outside one of them on a Monday morning to see parents and kids going in? Interview a parent?

This isn't rocket science

Both can be true
They can have active licenses and have been visited by regulators with violations given all that while scamming the government and not providing what they are billing

Does any reasonable person sincerely believe CBS News conducted an honest “thorough analysis” of fraud alleged against Democratic Party interests?

That is some funny stuff.

it is only a matter of time before progressive leaders and media will be calling for Shirley to be "Kirked".

And when it happens, you will see posters here dance on his grave.

I’d venture next Monday should look like the red carpet with cameras outside these

The timing unfortunately landed square on holiday breaks leaving a long lag (and time to coordinate some attendees even if nick was accurate)

I feel like all the first amendment auditors should descend on the sidewalks of Minneapolis. What a moment.

You’ve got to be fricking kidding me. Thats the most blatant double speak nonsense I’ve ever seen.

Did they happen to record, say, any kids present?

What a stupid statement. Why would a fraudster record evidence of his fraud? Did CBS employ forensic accountants and forensic auditors to analyze documents and business records?

Yea. That's a statement designed to mislead. It's what they are masters at.

Of course there is no "recorded" evidence of fraud. You don't hang a sign saying you aren't complying with laws and have a big book on the front counter with journal entries with accounts named "stolen money".

The first layer of the onion has been peeled back and it could take years to figure out the scope and extent of this fraud, but from the surface it's massive. Some reporter for a TV network isn't going to uncover any "recorded evidence" in just a few hours.

And if it wasn’t for people like Nick Shirley we wouldn’t have heard a fricking peep about it

That’s literally the whole fricking point

I’m sure it’s not hard to get a few dozen kids to come in during a scheduled inspection

I wasn’t aware that daycare inspections included audits intended to find fraud against the federal government.

Wild.
