No shite. Also.. most of the funding that was supposed to help Ukrainian civilians and refugees will mysteriously disappear as well.
Normally it's donations that mysteriously go missing. Such as the red cross 9/11 victims fund and clinton foundation Haiti donations... and pretty much every BLM charity.
It's rare to see it so blatant from our government though. We know it happens, but I mean that it's normally not so obvious and in your face. Just shipping shite out every week.
