She isn't postulating he made the order. I believe she thinks he may have been aware of the real story behind it whether it be before or after the fact. Which would be a betrayal if he didn't divulge that to us.

It seems clear Bibi has Trump eating out of his hand, however. And IF Israel/Bibi were involved with this assassination, and there is reason to believe that he was, it is a logical deduction that Trump has been hamstrung by them to keep a lid on it.
