They did have an "open relationship" arrangement but a local paper wrote an article about how kamala was going to marry Willie, his wife put her foot down. So it ended.

Cackles made Blanche Brown a very rich woman, Willie & Blanche’s much publicized divorce was a matter of public record, a civil divorce case. The transcript isn’t sealed and it portrays Kamala Harris as Willie’s concubine who was very well paid and placed for her services, hence where the moniker “Heels Up” was born.

Kamala Harris has a law degree Owens has no degree , Willie Brown was separated from his wife at the time of their fling, Harris was single . Owens is a big mouth hustler she has no creed or believable a troll .
