Your claim that only two of these aren’t part of MKUltra is dead wrong. All of these programs are distinct, with their own codenames, objectives, timelines, or operational structures, as proven by declassified Church Committee reports, Rockefeller Commission findings, and FOIA documents like ProQuest’s 2023 MKUltra release. Some, like Midnight Climax or MKSEARCH, used MKUltra’s funding or personnel, but they had unique scopes and autonomy. Others, like Chatter, Mockingbird, and CHAOS, have no MKUltra connection at all. Next time, read the primary sources before making a blanket claim. You’re out of your depth.

I had a professor in college (not kidding, GRAD school, in fact) who was (and I'm sure still is) convinced that reptilian aliens installed human life on Earth and who run the world and engineer constant conflict on the planet because it produces fear, which they feed on. When they created the human race, they mixed more of their DNA with certain individuals to create 12 bloodlines to rule the planet for them and do their bidding. And that's how we got the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds, etc. And they own all the media and own all the industry and rule the world and engineer disasters and wars, etc. And they spawn the Ruling Class who ends up ruling governments, etc., and they all just follow the alien's orders.

And he could show some eyebrow raising things to back up his claims. Not about aliens, of course, but about how ultimately all of the media really IS controlled by like two families of this supposed Illuminati class, and how many US presidents have been related to each other and/or one of these families, etc.

But here's the thing. Here's where—even if you're right and the government is conspiring against us all with every. single. fricking. thing. that happens, like you think—so what?

What are you going to be able to do about it?

Nothing.

If the conspiracy is that big, there's nothing you CAN do about it. And in fact, the bigger and more widespread the conspiracy matrix is, the less you can do about it. Pretty much in proportionate inverse math.

So you guys who think everyfrickingthing is a government conspiracy are at the same time admitting more and more impotence.

Maybe you're right, but if you are, it's not worth worrying about or paying attention to. What can you do about it? Nothing, that's what.

Think about all your bluster about these CIA programs. You think dozens of them were carried out and some still are, despite some of them having been found out about and reported on.

So exactly what is this about? What's the goal? You obviously can't stop it, so...entertainment? What? You have betting pools or something?

Your own quote on Chatter proves my point: it was a Navy program from 1947, years before MKUltra, with its own goals and leadership under Charles Savage. It only “merged” into MKUltra in 1953 because the CIA saw its potential, but that doesn’t make it the same thing, different scope, different origins. Bluebird and ARTICHOKE started in 1949 and 1951, with distinct hypnosis and interrogation focuses, laying groundwork for MKUltra but operating independently as declassified memos show. Midnight Climax used MKUltra funds, but it had its own safehouses and protocols under George White, not just a cookie cutter subproject. MKSEARCH and MKOFTEN had unique objectives, BZ drugs and occult experiments, separate from MKUltra’s core as stated in Church Committee records. Dormouse was about covering MKUltra’s mess, not running its experiments. Mockingbird and CHAOS were media manipulation and domestic spying, zero to do with MKUltra’s mind-control drugs. Stargate’s psychic nonsense came later, in the ’70s, with no MKUltra link. MKDELTA was overseas ops, distinct from MKUltra’s domestic focus. These aren’t “just the same thing”, they had different codenames, leaders, and missions. You’re oversimplifying a complex web of CIA ops to fit a lazy narrative. Check the primary sources and come back when you’ve got something with substance.
