I have friends in Canada that I told when this tariff stuff kicked off and they went all Elbows Up that they were going to lose and lose hard if they didn't get their minds right and negotiate in good faith. They seriously thought they could replace the US with China and the EU.

Whats sad is every car maker went electric and a majority are now cancelling those grand plans, or massively reducing. The sad part is all those costs they are eating get passed along to car buyers. No idea how much but its a lot of money they wasted.
So when you buy a new car just remember you subsidized all the green crap that automakers bought into. And that raised the cost of your car. It also makes the used car market higher priced too.
