The US did manage to finally get Otto Warmbier back after Trump publicly whined ,didn't they? More like ' health reasons' though.

Trump is considered crazy on twitter and a loose cannon.
There is not one instance of foreign policy unintended negative consequences from trump tweets (yet).
He’s tweeted about NK, Russia, China, Venezuela, Mexico, Canada, UK, France, Germany, japan, and others.
To be fair, Trump's tweets aren't fired off from the hip like libs would like people to believe. Secondly, countries likely feel safer responding to a Trudeau tweet than a Trump tweet because they know he won't do anything.
Trudeau =/= Trump
Canada =/= United States
The world knows this. It's why we haven't seen any substantive international push back on Trump's agenda. There may be some bitching about it, but everyone falls into line when POTUS demands it.
