My nephew is a teacher/coach and he's refused to call them what they want with pronouns, ever since this shite became a thing.
If their name is Pat, he calls them Pat. If their name is Twinkle Doodle, he calls them Twinkle Doodle.

Excellent. Refer to child as their gender assigned at birth. Force liberal women to act against you and terminate. File lawsuit for wrongful termination, and gain early retirement + generational wealth.

WTF kind of private school allows this? See this is why school vouchers are abad idea.
If you're the teacher, look for another job. If the administration of allowing these kinds of people into your school they'll totally screw you over if confronted by the mentally ill parents.
Good luck to you and hope you get out of there before they drag you down.

Depends on the state and the school and any contract the teacher has with the school.

Vouchers are about choice, so as a parent you could choose a different school.
Arguments against them would be that they redirect funds from public schools to for profit schools and some really fly by not schools always pop up that are sketchy and shite schools.

I've seen how some catholic schools used vouchers when they first came out years ago. There were grown arse men playing on their 5th grade basketball and football teams teams.

Absolutely. You can be fired for anything in this state.

What does the school's manual say. If nothing, then the teacher can call student anything that is not demeaning in the public square. If said school then fires teacher, teacher gets a lawyer, profit.
It’s a bunch of vague language about how as an organization they seek to actively promote marginalized groups and prioritize equality etc.

some private schools are not necessarily religious
I think Pulaski Academy in Little Rock is like that. There may be some whacko lefty parents and teachers there, but I'm not sure.

If it's a private liberal school, then probably yes they could fire you.
It's a free country though. Go work at another school if it's something that goes against your conscience.

Then the teacher will probably be made to comply.
If it was a conservative private school the teacher could get the tuition doubled since "they" is plural.

No one said they kidnapped the kids. What are you even talking about.
The voucher system as it is set up doesn't make the school or the kids better. It was used as a athletic recruiting tool for most schools that opted into the system back in the 2010's when it was first rolled out. Now I can see vouchers being used to place these kids of mentally ill parents into catholic schools so they can force their DEI crap on them.

Well if these the case I hope good parent are doing their due diligence in researching the schools they are investing their money and kids into. And I hope good teachers are reflecting on where they want to invest their gifts of teaching.

The parents need to get the shite beat out of them.

Well you quoted me saying vouchers are about parent choice, laughed and went off on a tangent on high school athletics.
I assumed that was some counter argument to parent choice.

A private school is allowing this shite?
Private schools operate differently and if there is a religious element to the private school, ie - St. something, then there's the teacher's religious and school's religious affiliation and doctrine that would provide defense against termination.
