250B lbs of corn are used for ethanol in the US. That’s about 1/3 of all corn annually.
Seems like we could forego that and simply put it back into the supply to reduce all food costs across the board

We should. Other than high content ethanol fuel (70%+) there’s nothing good that comes from it.
But, I do think an abrupt change would crush middle America farmers. And I’m not sure loosing all the family run farms would be a good thing for this country.

Not at the convenit ones The closest one for me is driving across a river Port Allen. Didn't make sense to spend that much time for a couple MPGs f*** corn
