I'm so glad the SCOTUS is taking this case. I can't see how they allow the judiciary to impede on the Presidents constitutional powers to protect the country? They have no idea what the threats level are because they are not privileged to intelligence reports. I say this as someone that doesn't trust executive powers.

Since most of the terrorism around the globe is connected to Islam and the Quran I think we can call it a Muslim ban.

until Muslims can prove it's not a Muslim ban it's a Muslim travel ban

Only if you want the left to make a statement by mass conversion... At least if they do that, then theyll be a reason for their violence.

You can call it whatever you want but the ban is on countries, not religions, so a "Muslim" ban would be accurate but incomplete, as it is also a "Christian ban", an "atheist ban" among others.

60% chance Trump tweets "Muslim ban" and it torpedoes the oral argument

At least until the majority of the world's Muslims are willing to vehemently reject the so called radicals.

You would not know that by reading the Left's stance on it.

The people can call it whatever they want but the Administration needs to leave it alone and take the victory and build from it.
