Can we all agree on one thing regardless of party affiliation?

If Trump is found guilty of the crime of investigating a political opponent. Then, both Biden and Obama should be found guilty of the same thing. And whatever penalty Trump faces, they should also face and they should have to pay the tax payers back out of their own pockets the entirety of the costs associated.
