Can Trump temporarily shut down Twitter?

There has to be some law here at play stating you can’t ban the president from communicating with the citizens of the United States

Twitter doesn’t understand long-range ramifications of what they’re doing.

No one needs to do anything to Twitter that they’re already doing to themselves.

The United States government could frick up Twitters servers and render their site useless for days, yes. But Trump doesn't have the support to do anything at this point.
