Oh... Clever.

I'll give the IRS a pass in a situation when they're working, for once, to keep our tax dollars from being squandered and potentially tax us less. Pussy.

Until that happens, if the IRS is actually working--for once--to prevent the squandering of our tax dollars they collect and protect tax payers' money, I'll allow it.

You nerds' attempt at a gotcha' is pathetic... and a fail. Keep trying though!

And the government should prevent BlackRock and other financial institutions from buying single-family homes.

The IRS needs to put together a task force, a large one, and partner with the DOJ to address this cancer.

If you want a political activist group, thats fine. But dont claim to be some charity to....one get grants.....two not pay taxes.

This applies to churches too, right?

You are just giving them a pass because the Republicans are in power.

Or did you always support the 85,000 new agents?

You guys have not coherent ideology or philosophy and that is the problem.

You constantly scream and yell abolish the IRS and then when it is something that you like suddenly you want the IRS to do somehting.

You can't have it both ways, moron.

You are wanting to weaponize the IRS against those people you don't like.

In sum -- you are exactly like those you hate.

Stay mad.

I'm okay with them buying them but non primary homes should be taxed at thrice the rate of a primary residence. This includes all the snowbirds in Florida. Make it unprofitable.

Eliminate all non profit status. The boards and administrators are making mint.

It’s becoming a new definition of trickle down economics.

The intended causes and needy aren’t really getting helped.

Occasionally, two parties with significant discord can find a common issue to align.

This would be better served by legislation. It's time for churches, non-profits and NGOs to, for lack of a better term, pay their fair share. They are all operating as de facto for-profit enterprises.

Who qualifies an organization as "non profit".....the IRS

If there is no IRS there would be no "non profits".

Okay lets say it together, you really are stupid

Never understood why there should even be a category for this.

Why the category? If you are truly a non-profit you should pay 100% tax rate on your profits, which would amount to zero... since you made no profits. And if a non-profit somehow did make money, then pay taxes like everyone else.

Nah. You are a retard with no principles or coherent philosophy.

You are using this to smuggle your hatred for others and want to weaponize the IRS to go after those you hate.

Learn about Unrelated Business Taxable Income and you will see why non-profit reporting is needed.

Also -- 990s for all charities are publicly available to see how each organization is spending the donations they receive.

Transparency and open public records are a good thing.
