I have had repair people visit my home, some masked, some unmasked. Do I have the legal standing to have a no mask rule while on my property?

Yes. You can. The workers can refuse to comply and leave if they don’t like it.

It’s your damn land.

You can tell them that you do not require them to wear masks and you will not wear a mask. However, you cannot force them to take their mask off, or to do the work if you choose not to wear a mask and that makes them uncomfortable.

I think you are attacking it from the wrong direction, exactly how did an administrative agency of the State obtain authority to dictate on your property.

If you are looking for a blanket statement, I think that is the wrong way to go... depending on the particular situation the State could have all kinds of ways to force orders upon your property especially when it comes to commerce.

Generally speaking, you can make people leave your property for wearing a mask or not wearing a mask or for no reason. Don't worry I almost had a census worker charged (trespassing) just a few weeks ago.

Of course, the repair people are free to pack it up and leave.

I chuckle when I see a man wearing a mask but his 'Woman' is unmasked.

I have had 2 repairs and several house cleanings since Covid. They arrived with masks. I simply said "If you are afraid of getting Covid from me, feel free to wear that mask. But I'm not afraid of getting it from you so you can take it off.
They all took it off and thanked me.

in California you can't even have a "no mask rule" at your own dinner table.

i just bought a new home so i've had several service companies at my home over the last few weeks. they've all shown up wearing masks...i told them they didn't have to wear it if they didn't want to...all of them took them off.

ETA: i live in Texas

I called my HVAC repair and they asked if I wanted the repair man to wear a mask or not. I told them no, and thanked them for considering that.
