No, just those people who are more homogeneous. Have your genetic testing done to show you're over a certain purity in blood to the rest of the group and you stay. If not, you need to move someplace else.

I mean more along the lines of working a Eugenic system that is designed to keep those with the ideal traits and build a future away from unnecessary variables. Alcoholism, criminal behavior, IQ, obesity, cancers and other inheritable diseases....and the people who carry those traits.

Maybe what we do is tell them that they have a right to privacy called abortion. And that little minority baby child they are killing...err...aborting is actually an unviable tissue mass. Then lets call these killings...err...abortions "birth control" or "family planning". Next, let's try to get this form of genocide which we all know targets minorities the most, federally subsidized. This is idiotic. Putting this in practice would require quite a bit of organization, and you can almost be assured people would not be paid market share for their holdings. Not only that, displacing millions of people would cause massive problems elsewhere. We saw that happen in front of our eyes with the Syrian situation, and people actually think the solution to that would be to displace more people? This idea is frankly retarded. There can't be anything such as a peaceful genocide.

We have plenty of historical evidence that shows that moving people (such as the expulsion of ethnic Germans from Czechoslovakia and the Partition of India) would lead to a massive amount of death, and cause problems for decades to come.

The "final" part specifically refers to killing, does it not? If you don't kill them there is the possibility of them returning one day so that's hardly final.

Gandhi was against the partition. A leader by the name of Patel and the founder of Pakistan, Jinnah, were the leaders of the Partition movement. Even then, more Muslims lived in India than in Pakistan or Bangladesh individually. The politics behind it were complex but Gandhi was not a supporter, in general, of the Partition.

Not to mention 1 million people died and a war was fought over the Partition. Seeing as the retard OP thinks it can be done without a war, this doesn't really support the position.
