Chips and Science Act, Inflation Reduction Act are a couple examples. Yes there was some bloat in those pieces of legislation but it did help get us moving in very important industries and helped with the re-shoring efforts that started during Trump's first term.
That's part of the irony. Trump is heralded as a hero here and Biden essentially doubled down on a lot of Trump's policies. He was a bumbling fool but policy wise he was almost identical to Trump. Except for on the border which I'll admit is a pretty big deal.
Keep digging. a lot of the shite you're referencing was already part of the Trump agenda.....such as the re-shoring of US production of advanced micro electronics.

If I recall, Obama re-opened dialogue with Cuba and made it easier for Americans to travel there for a bit. Huge deal? No. But i remember being ok with it at the time given the 50 year impasse between our countries.
