It is a stupid concept. If they want to cut down on plastic waste make the bottle water people stop using a denser plastic but the California people love their bottled water. Seriously, have you been to Cali and seen EVERYONE carrying a bottle of water?

The real answer is to get people to blame themselves for pollution instead of the mega corporations that are actually causing it. The same thing happened with "gas guzzlers" in the early 2000s.
