Yes some will say nothing will happen.. but the easiest way to ensure nothing will ever happen is by doing nothing at all and then bitching about it on a message board.

We all need to go further. I always vote so they always take my calls or call back. They do check if you voted (can’t tell who you voted for but can look at how you are registered).
What you must do is even of your rep voted for SAVE, tell them you will not vote for them again if the Pubs don’t pass it and you expect your rep to put pressure on the no voters to change their mind.
If enough voters tell their reps they will lose votes unless all the Pubs vote yes - they can help pressure the few nays.
