1) CA batch prob went bad because the DAs did not properly store it... just a guess.
2) I do not see the word "mandatory" in that article. However, doing at their house outside would be a very good idea.

All three points in your op are false. Are you dim or simply a drama queen?
California did not halt vaccinations. They are not going door to door, those are group home type settings and it is not mandatory for the public. We don't if the new strain is unresponsive to the vaccine.
