This guy is one of the best trolls ever.
If you go to his main page, you'll see that he says he represents California's 54th Congressional district.
California only has 52 districts.
He really hooked a lot in his X feed.
His follow up post removes all doubt:
"Folks, following the unfortunate typo incident people have been accusing me of typing the word bukkake a lot and saying that is why my spellcheck changed President Bukele’s name. This is simply not true. I have all those sites bookmarked so I am not typing the word over and over."
