“This is potentially a very dangerous road we’re going down to say that ‘Minor Crimes’ are going to ban you for life for running for office… we live in a democracy where people should get to run for office who have a lot of flaws.”

I've reached the point at which I am skeptical that there is even one person in any political office at the local, state, or federal level who is virtuous or has even a shred of integrity.
They're all some blend of sexual pervert, thief, compulsive liar, philanderer, and sociopath.

It sure is. They tried to normalize it during the Biden Administration. They held lectures trying to convince people that pedophilia was wrong, and the correct term was “minor attracted person”, and that it was just a sexual preference, nothing more.

People used to laugh at me when I said that they would move to promoting and accepting incest and pedophilia after they won on homosexuality. That was over a decade ago and not as many people laugh now.
