Was College Republicans Vice President Ella Cook shot multiple times and everybody else who was injured or killed was collateral damage for the killer?

The contributory negligence complaint can be filed against Brown in Birmingham, Alabama which is the jurisdiction and residence of Cook and her family.
If they want to sue Brown, they will be doing it in Yankeeland.

did Brown U take down cameras to appease certain groups? I still haven't seen anything on this other than that tweet.

it may have to be tried in Florida because a Rhode Island jury will not find any activist democrats guilty of anything

Everything I have seen says that these shootings took place in an older part of that building, which has never had cameras.

Matt, the question is NOT the existence of the request.
The question is whether Brown complied.
The question is whether Brown complied.

I agree completely. I was just trying to see if BigTigerJoe would own up to his dishonesty.
As to the facts, there seems to be no dispute that the ENTRANCE to the building has CCTV cameras. It's always implied that Valente entered that way...so where is that footage?
Absent civil litigation against the University, I don't think we will ever know. Based on the silence from the victims families, I think they have already been compensated or reassured in some way that that won't happen.
A private university is not subject to FOIA requests. MAYBE, Congress or the Administration will open an investigation...but coverage of the tragedy has already dropped off so much, that there doesn't seem much of a push for that.
Do you think we will ever find out?

So we have documented evidence that Brown University received a request to turn off their surveillance cameras?
It certainly isn’t a stretch of the imagination to assume a hive of wokeness like Brown facilitated such a request.
And Brown’s campus security then apparently failed to act on recurrent reports of a suspicious person on campus?
If these allegations can be corroborated, it definitely points to a larger conspiracy.
