I tried to find that quote. It seems he was alleged to have said it. He does give a speech that is recorded which is similar in theme although not quite as foreboding.

Kennedy was killed for going after the Deep State and planning to implement sweeping changes. His brother was killed for the same. Kennedy was the last President to stand up to the filth, until Trump.
