I recall my Sirocco having a weird reverse. Like you had to push down the stick and go up and to the left for R.

Man I miss my stick shifts. So much more fun to drive at least when you don’t have to commute in shitty traffic.

I think I’m gonna get an older manual truck.

I learned to drive in a 66 El Camino with a straight 6 and three on the tree. Switching to an automatic was weird.

Edited to add... Whoever made that manual shift meme was trying to frick with some heads or doesn't drive. I don't think there has ever been a transmission made with that shift pattern. If there has I wouldn't want to drive whatever it's in.
