Deceased fugitive Brian Laundrie died of suicide, a forensic anthropologist told Laundrie family attorney Steven Bertolino on Tuesday.

Laundrie took his own life with a gunshot wound to the head, Bertolino said.

Glad he did this and saved the huge expense of his trial and housing in jail for the rest of his life.

How do they know it was suicide?

It’s more likely whoever killed his girlfriend followed him to Florida and shot him.

Never heard anything about a firearm being found at his side or in the immediate area. Maybe I'm mistaken on that. If he did off himself though, there'd be a suicide weapon somehow in the vicinity of his body, even if the rising and falling waters slightly displaced his corpse.

Distinctly remember being told that cause of death could not be determined until after autopsy when his body was found... you'd figure a massive hole in the head would be self explanatory even after decomposition is factored in.

This stuff is suspicious.

I don't trust it until Bones and Booth get assigned to the case.

The didn’t recover a full body. Just bits and pieces. And what they did find, was scattered over a large area.

Most of Brian Laundrie is gator poo.

So tragic. He died of a broken heart because he lost the true love of his life. Also he killed the true love of his life.

Does Dog have any civil liability for driving him to suicide?

I have no problem with this. Honestly I wish it would happen more often. Save the tax payers money and the family embarrassment. This is probably the best outcome all around.

I hope he suffered for as long as possible without food and water and was all but miserably dead when he finished it.

The guys on the OT that must have had crazy GFs were sure that the woman was the abuser. He strangled her to death and they will still say, prove he did it.
