I would imagine that whenever someone utters "call ICE", they think they're dealing with an illegal leach. What would be another reason?

I'm still trying to understand why telling someone to call ICE should result in someone being fired from a job. Just me, but I think this is something that should be encouraged whenever anyone encounters someone who's nationalism is questionable.
