Guam is too small of a target. If they want to hit something, they'll have to aim for "somewhere in the Western Hemisphere."

How hard would it be to start a mass evacuation of the south? They're surrounded by ocean, so not seeing how, but... Fat Boy would shite his pants if SK started a mass evacuation. Somebody might just kill him to stop the impending onslaught.

3-4 MOABs on Fat Boy's palace and military HQ might do the job but I'm worried about the artillery at the DMZ.
