In other news, Target has announced that they are moving their headquarters away from Minneapolis.

When asked about the potential penalties, their response was, "send the police to enforce it...oh wait..."

If one was so inclined as to start up a mafia type organization, you could have control of that whole city in a few weeks.
And, you wouldn't even have to pay off anyone. Profit.

But why would you want to?

People want to take over thriving cities, not Detroit 2.0.

They've already offered a position to a mysterious man, known only as Raz. They'll be fine.

People have been making piles of money in the ruins of Detroit for decades.

Let em do it. The people of Minneapolis voted for these Democrats; the Republicans need to stop trying to come to the rescue. Let country see the consequences.

So they announce they are going to fire all the cops.....on a Friday! And, not even in the morning! Someone is likely to get killed.

If you are a Minny cop still on the job and not standing in front of City Hall demanding your two weeks check, you are a sucker.

Replace them with what?

How are they going to allocate those taxpayer funds?

Any ideas yet or just the fact that they are virtue signaling.

I wonder if the State can override them?

What I just read said they don't have the power to fire them but they can phase them out of the budget.

I’m sure that the state could dictate that, since Minny no longer has an official PD, Hennepin County Sheriff has been contracted to take on that role and hire on the force terminated by MPD.

Lol. They've decided to replace the police department with increased crime and lawlessness.
