What will this mean for the following leftist talking points? Will board experts weigh in?

- $15 minimum wage
- union strikes
- Obama era regulation increases
- ObamaCare

If you already knew this, can you explain why they would push for a $15 minimum wage? I mean if prices rise to cover those costs, how will that help people at the lowest level of income?

It’s frustrating to me that the marxist left, top to bottom, has no idea how the economy works, and especially at the community level where it should be obvious. You clearly don’t, but you might be in grade school so maybe that’s to be expected. But adult, elected officials from the Democratic party are every bit as ignorant.

You’re rarely, if ever, “sticking it to The Man” when you increase the minimum wage or make benefits mandatory.

A $15 minimum wage destroy the life of almost everyone over 55 . They will not be able to retire because the cost of living will go up drastically.

Sure it will hurt, not doubt. I just don't understand their reasoning if the know that it increases costs to the very people it supposedly "helps". If they know and understand this, then I would say it is morally deficient for them to push for it.

i'm so glad only your side knows how to solve everything. no one claims it's sticking it to the man. if goods go up and wages don't who is gonna buy the higher priced good. 15.00equals 600.00 a week, that really doesn't provide a lot of over priced goods .

If the person who works the McDonald’s drive thru starts getting $15/hr and knows the marxist democrats pushed for that, that person will vote for marxist democrats. When that person is laid off, nobody will explain that marxism is to blame. The marxist democrats will point the finger at the “evil” McDonald’s owner because class warfare is what they do to maintain votes.

So yeah, it’s evil and not in the best interests of the country, but it gets them votes and that’s all that matters to them.

I think Abraham Lincoln said it best:
“It’s better to remain silent and thought to be ignorant than it is to be 56lsu.”
