In 2016, Trump claimed that he’d not only balance the budget, but wipe out the national debt. When he said that, did you believe him. If yes, then you got bent over a drum and buttfricked.

Apparently these things don't matter to you compared to your cultish love of your dear leader, but Ron DeSantis led the fight in America against the government's repressive covid policies. And he led the fight against DEI, reassigning $2 billion from Blackrock. He also led the fight by focusing attention on Disney's groomer policies.
These are real accomplishments for which I am grateful. Now, it turns out that DeSantis, like some other highly competent governors before him, does not have the charisma for a Presidential race. He'll never be President for that reason, but he has been an invaluable champion for real conservative values.

Not really. He'll probably conclude that an opportunistic grifter who does some good policy things while doing nothing to stem the cultural decline is better than a senile dude who promotes cultural decline and bad policy.
