A sports broadcaster thinks he knows the constitution. When you get a 9-0 unanimous decision, it must be the correct decision and blatantly obvious considering the diametrically opposed ideologies of the left and right judges.
Yet this clown thinks he knows best.
Surely he is just hunting for clicks right?
Or hoping to continue the movement to pack the courts?
Does he really want to disintegrate one of the branches of govt?
If you want to get rid of a branch, there are others that would be better suited.
