He’s on your side. He just doesn’t expect the judge to wave a magic wand and give a do over when Lake did not prove it is warranted.

Let’s just repeat the election as many times as necessary to get the result you want, right?
No, let's just do one the way Jimmy Carter's Study said to do it. You and the rest of the Communists would never win again in the USA

KL should have been able to establish "reasonable doubt" that the election results do not reflect voters' intent. Her team was unable to do this. They didn't even come close. That's the disappointing fact of the matter.

There are consequences. It’s called voting out the people in power and put more competent people in. Do you say if there is ever any issue at all, no matter how small, then you redo the election? If not, what is your threshold? Saying it has to be enough to impact the result seems a reasonable threshold. What do you propose?

Why would a judge order the state to hold an election based on a newly made up set of rules? At most the judge could have asked for a recount under some circumstances then declare a winner or If an election was redone it would still follow the normal protocols.
“Why should we make the state redo an election that they purposefully fricked up in the first place? Let’s let them keep fricking up the elections without any real consequences.”

but can anybody explain how the fricked up printers/tabulators resulted in KL losing an election that outside of cheating she would have won?
What’s an acceptable rate of ballots being rejected from automatic tabulation?

Exactly and if it doesn’t then the people of Maricopa County are happy with how elections are ran. That’s there choice unless it violates state or federal law, and there is no evidence it does.

Voters are given a number of legal ways to vote, every voter that was forced to place a ballot in (door 3) was in essence disenfranchised. All of these voters were unable to have votes counted in the legal way chosen. Due to election officials incompetence every one of these ballots were changed to mail in ballots.

No. He’s convincing himself that our voting process isn’t corrupted because he doesn’t want to consider the alternative. That’s not my side.

It should be very enlightening to see people cheering on the manipulation of our voting processes.

That’s a reasonable threshold for repeating an election. It’s not a reasonable threshold for overhauling a system rife with errors and potential for fraud. That should have already happened after 2020. The fact that dropboxes are still in use tells me much of what I need to know about election integrity and the desire for election integrity in Arizona.

It’s a purposefully flawed system.
It’s getting exactly the results desired.

You do realize that in several counties in AZ, there is no tabulator on site? It’s been standard for several years. So every ballot goes into a drop box to be counted at another site.

We already knew this was gonna happen, the judge didn’t want to make the right decision knowing that her appeal will go to SCOTUS. He wants them to make the decision

And my point is throwing our time/effort (and apparently emotions) behind bullshite disenfranchisement claims is counterproductive to an effort you allude to.

What’s the difference between a vote being automatically tabulated and a ballot being adjudicated as a matter of process? Who adjudicates it? What’s the safeguards in the adjudication process?

This is simply not true. Door 3 is a recognized approach. Any votes in there are counted. That is not disenfranchisement. It’s simply not.

Whether this is done or not, which would have been interesting for Lake's team to delve into ... anyway, whether it's done or not, the process is for an election worker to transpose the the BO ballot under the watchful eye of a Republican rep and Democrat rep, and then the ballot is scanned by a tabulator.

I agree sloppiness should be cleaned up and should have been cleaned up after 2020. The fact it’s not tells me the people of Maricopa County are happy. That’s their right. I don’t live there. No skin off my nose.
