Can you tell us who appointed the good judge?

But it was false. Don’t be surprised when a candidate spews BS that the media calls it what it is.
The 19” ballots were fact. The 19” ballots couldn’t be read by the tabulators. This is also a fact. The printer settings on 72 ballot printers were changed by someone in the day of the election. This is also a fact.
This was presented in court and no one refuted it.

Gee I wonder why we keep losing the trails without them ever getting to a jury. hmmm...
The outcome of this one was a forgone conclusion as most people here already knew. If you didn't know then you should have by the fact that all of the shite was thrown out except the two with the highest burden of proof required. They had to prove intent and not just a violation.
Sort of like if a traffic cop had to prove you were speeding on purpose and it wasn't an accidental speed increase because you weren't paying close enough attention.
This was all planned. They got pushback when everything in 2020 was thrown out. Now they can say "she lost" and push it to the public that nothing was proven. When in fact it was all proven in court but the dim judges just don't care.

I don't think many argue what you've posted. The disconnect is how these fricked up printers cost KL the election.

You will not vote your way out of this.

All of the BS has been planned; the commies know how to get away with it. This judge chose life.

Because chain of custody on those ballots were not documented, and after failing to be tabulated they were duplicated without chain of custody.
She didn't have to prove she would have won, only that enounce were in question to affect the outcome, and she did.
But let's be real, we all knew a rushed 2 day trial before xmas was not going to rule in her favor.

Her lawyers did a poor job. They claimed they would show that these things were done intentionally and it affected the election outcome. However, they offered no evidence that the things that happened were done intentionally.
In addition, they couldn't show any of the happenings affected the outcome. The county testified to their process to deal with these things and all ballots were reviewed by a bipartisan board.
I think there was intentional sabotage and that Lake likely won, but unfortunately, that is not what they presented at the trial.

The county said there was a problem with ballots not printing dark enough. When technicians went in to troubleshoot the issue, some of the printers got set to shrink to fit. It was about 1200 ballots. All of them were reproduced and scanned as per protocol.
That’s not a conspiracy to cheat anyone. That’s an IT screwup. Never attribute to malice that which can be explained by stupidity.

There were definite legit procedural issues. But the math doesn't work for KL.

they blocked over 50 evidentiary hearings because judges were too cowardly to handle it
now we have a sham hearing to please the natives?
face it the left has won based on violence and intimidation. everyone is compromised on election hearings for these reasons. this country is gone.
the left wing clowns do exactly as what they accuse the right of. they will keep pushing until the right has no choice but to answer in kind and that day is coming and nobody will GAF about leftist cries when it does.

Lake going to take it to Arizona Supreme Court, then to the Ninth Federal Court and then onto the U.S. Supreme Court where she win win and a re- election declared to be held.
If the U.S. Supreme Court does not call for a re-election the U.S. is toast

Not only did I vote for her, but the one time I saw her arse (in person, about 15 years ago), it was a winner. So I'd need this particular ballot cured before I could render an opinion.

Be nice to know that for certain but they couldnt provide any chain of custody . You'll just take their word for it that it was 1200? Just like all the box #3 ballots . They can say it was counted and how many but again again they couldnt provide the chain of custody so how do we know ?

Arizona law is clear: even inadvertent errors in election require setting aside result if it casts outcome in doubt. Intentionality is NOT required when the error casts actual winner "in doubt."
