Well then I can see how it would’ve been deflating to isolated in rejection while all your fellow statepeople felt wanted.
K let’s calm it down, I’m mostly being a wise arse, however I do think your summary of events piggybacking on that of Goldmill is a bit dramatic and soft. To each his own though.

How do you verify that it is the right person who is submitting the ballot?
Do you do any banking outside of in person with a clerk or advisor?

Completely shocked...

One schmuck paid off judge deciding this is a 'trial'?

Fussing about votes is so antiquated, right Dems?

Do you do any banking where they don’t verify your identification?

Arizona law is clear: even inadvertent errors in election require setting aside result if it casts outcome in doubt. Intentionality is NOT required when the error casts actual winner "in doubt."

Yes. Almost daily.

The vast majority of Americans never get to hear the America First message….
This has been going on for a couple of decades at least - it just got more pronounced after Obama graced us with his presence. Then after Trump broke the rules and actually WON in '16 they just tossed off their disguises and went full-bore propaganda.
And America's weakness has been verified = 'weak men make hard times'

you know that, you’re not an idiot.
no he is not - that makes him worse than an idiot - he is typical of the vile mentality that is driving all this madness. Stupid in a moral sense, but wickedly sharp in taking advantage of trusting people.

As you have been asked multiple times in this thread, why don’t you address the judge’s opinion where he specifically addresses state law and say where he messed up and how? Or continue to post tweets that allow you to avoid that. Your call.

Sure - I deposit checks using my phone, and authorize payments thru my internet connections.
But I myself take all the risks. And if my account is hacked, other than from my own carelessness, the bank is responsible to fix that for me so I am not effected.
not so with the ballot harvester - or the person who he is voting 'for' - the ballot harvester gets paid either in filthy lucre or by advancing his own desires while the rest of us have to live under whatever his particular whims of the day happened to get enacted into law.
I;m not about to engage you with tit-for-tat bullshite about a known ethical problem. ballot harvesting is "legal" in the sense that those who benefit from it happen to be in charge right now (imagine that) and will not enforce the already feeble 'laws' that prevent it.
John Adams was correct - our constitution will not work for a population that is not both moral and religious.
You'd better hope your progeny does not curse your memory. You and your ilk are the cause of all this bullshite. Hope you live long enough to find out just how 'important' a 'useful idiot' you really are once the tyranny doesn't need you anymore.

Only so far. It'll end up at SCOTUS.

What is the possible federal question that would bring SCOTUS into it in the first place? Read the judge’s opinion, where did he err? People love to say wait until it gets to SCOTUS when it’s not even a federal issue. This will never be taken up by SCOTUS. Don’t get your hopes up as you are setting yourself up for more disappointment.

Cool.
Then you should understand why requiring only in person voting is idiotic.
Cultist claims of stolen elections aside, you have no real reason to oppose voting by mail or ballot collection.

There’s nothing to avoid.
I thought Robert Barns was pretty clear in his tweet. The judge set the parameters like he wanted and interpreted the way he or Mark Elias wanted. It’s clear he could have ordered another election. He punted.

The judge went through what the law requires for a revote and how Lake got nowhere near it. It is well reasoned and cites precedent. You prefer a random tweet because it agrees with what you want.
Just admit, you don’t care what the law is. You just want a revote because your preferred candidate lost. You want judicial activism and not a judge applying the law. You’re as bad as what you accuse Democrats of.

Well, it isn't a "Big Lie." It doesn't exist and it isn't a claim I've made.
I'm simply pointing out that the widespread access to voting prevents that.

My understanding is he set the bar higher than the law requires. I'm not an attorney, so maybe one can weigh in.
I started a whole thread quoting the former Maricopa Country elections attorney where she appears to feel the same way.
