Watching updates I just posted- experts have said if convicted he will probably get community service. He won't be carted off to jail so why is his family there like he may be?

Dramatic effect. Did you learn nothing during this entire ordeal? Everything he's done has been a script. He's being an actor and the entire image of him "helping" his mom is apart of the game.
Jussie is just playing the game all democrats play, follow the script and ignore reality.
